“As an HR Intern at SEOEnhancers, you will manage the full HR process from the ground up — handling recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, employee records, PPT creation, document preparation, Google Form creation, and ensuring immediate responses to company requirements.”
This isn’t a passive internship. You’ll own HR processes end-to-end — from the moment a job is posted to the day an employee is fully onboarded. You’ll be the operational backbone of our HR function, keeping everything running smoothly and professionally.

What you’ll handle — from day one
You’ll be responsible for maintaining every HR process from start to finish. Here’s a detailed breakdown:
Recruitment & Candidate Coordination
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and college portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Send interview call letters, follow-up emails, and status updates to candidates promptly
- Maintain recruitment tracker — application status, interview rounds, and final decisions
- Ensure immediate responses to candidate queries on behalf of the company
Onboarding & Employee Records
- Prepare and send offer letters, joining kits, and welcome emails to new hires
- Coordinate induction schedules and orientation sessions for new joiners
- Collect and verify all onboarding documents — ID proofs, certificates, agreements
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, attendance sheets, and leave trackers
- Ensure all employee files (physical and digital) are organized and up to date from day one
PPT Creation & Document Preparation
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for HR processes, induction decks, and internal reports
- Prepare HR documents — offer letters, experience letters, internship certificates, and NOCs
- Draft HR policies, SOPs, internal memos, and communication templates
- Maintain an organized digital library of all HR documents for easy access
Google Forms & Digital Tools
- Create and manage Google Forms for recruitment applications, feedback surveys, and onboarding checklists
- Set up Google Form-based attendance, leave requests, and employee satisfaction surveys
- Compile and analyze form responses and share structured reports with the HR team
- Maintain Google Sheets trackers linked to forms for seamless data management
Immediate Response & Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from candidates and employees
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all company communication — no query goes unanswered
- Coordinate between departments for urgent HR requirements and approvals
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as they arise
Skills & qualifications
We need someone who is proactive, organized, and takes ownership — someone who doesn’t wait to be told twice.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, BBA, MBA (HR), Psychology, or any related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — professional tone in all interactions
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint / Google Slides for creating clean, structured presentations
- Comfortable with Google Workspace — Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, and Gmail
- Experience creating Google Forms and organizing responses in Sheets
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to maintain accurate records without errors
- Fast responder — understands the importance of timely communication in an HR role
- Discreet and trustworthy — able to handle confidential information professionally
- Prior experience with HR tools like Zoho People or any ATS is a plus, not mandatory

Quick facts
- Position: Human Resource Intern
- Location: Remote / Hybrid (Trichy preferred)
- Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)
- Start date: Immediate
- Stipend: ₹2,000–₹5,000/month (based on skills only. Not for all the Interns)
- Working hours: 8 hrs/day, Mon–Fri
